Orders will be placed and delivered as per the booking contract you have signed before payment was taken.
Digital Website Content Orders
Any digital website content will be charged before it is made live.
Printed Magazine Delivery
Printed magazines are delivered up to two weeks after they are sent out for delivery from the UK if after two weeks please contact us so we can advise you on expected delivery or send out replacements. Magazines are delivered your regional delivery service. Please see below for a guide when magazines are shipped from the UK.

Refund / Cancelation Policy
If you need to cancel an order please contact the sales person you placed your order with. Please remember and magazine related order cannot be cancelled once the booking deadline has passed. The booking deadline will be stated on your booking contract.
